We collect information you submit through contact, trial, onboarding and client portal forms, including business details, contact details, service areas, website URLs, Google Ads readiness inputs, approval decisions and support messages.
If billing is enabled, payment details are handled by Stripe. LeadGenBud does not store full card numbers, CVC codes or raw payment credentials.
Campaign email links may include an opaque campaign identifier and lead hash. When you choose to allow campaign attribution, LeadGenBud stores that hash in a signed first-party cookie and an internal attribution record to measure landing, registration and purchase outcomes. This is consent-based, contains no email address, and does not use third-party tracking cookies or pixels.
We use the data to respond to enquiries, prepare audits and reports, manage onboarding, support Google Ads approval workflows, show dashboard status, operate Buddy, process billing state and improve the service.
Google Ads connections are used only for approved readiness, reporting and account workflow surfaces. Live campaign changes remain approval-gated and are not implied by connecting an account.
You can continue from a campaign link without allowing campaign attribution. If you allow it, the first-party campaign cookie is used only for the consented acquisition funnel and can be cleared from your browser at any time.
Buddy and report features may use AI-assisted summaries. AI output should be reviewed before it is used for business decisions, client communications or advertising claims. We avoid sending unnecessary personal data to AI providers.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information by using the support page or contacting support through the client portal. We may need to retain some records for billing, security, audit or legal reasons.
