Billing & Cancellation

This page describes how LeadGenBud subscriptions are charged, renewed and cancelled. It covers the Autopilot plan and optional monthly add-ons billed through Stripe.

How Billing Works

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your first charge occurs when your free trial ends or when you choose to activate a paid plan. All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Google Ads spend is billed directly by Google to your connected payment method and does not pass through LeadGenBud.

Plan Renewal

Plans renew automatically each month on your billing date. You will receive a receipt from Stripe to the email address on your account. You can review upcoming charges and payment history from the Billing section of your account dashboard.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Account → Billing. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Cancellation does not remove your account or client data immediately. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

Refunds

LeadGenBud does not offer refunds on completed billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support within 14 days and we will investigate. Stripe's standard dispute process applies.

One-Off Payments

Some services (such as the Glow Up site build or the Full Growth System setup) may be charged as one-off payments in addition to your monthly plan. These are non-refundable once work has commenced.
